I completed the January Daring Baker Challenge, and it turned out WAY better than I expected... I will post pics and details once I get home from visiting my parents (and using their kitchen and ingredients for my daring baker challenges)
CANNOT wait to share it with you!
Also, I have completed the febuary challenge already, and can't wait to post that at the end of the month.

...i dont know what Balzac Billy predicted, but It doesnt really matter here in Canada, Winter will last 6 more weeks weather or not the groundhog says so... It will last more than 6 more weeks in actuality
